Harcourts first opened in 1981 in small first floor offices in Bedford Place, Southampton. At that time we were mainly involved in general practice surveying and sales project works for clients. We have since evolved into a specialist practice for investor clients, now dealing with acquisition and sales work, restoration and development for letting purposes and management.
